BANG Couture will refund any unworn or defective clothing with the original tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment. Please return the clothes in the original package.
What are the return terms?
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card) within five business days. You will be notified, via email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account once it has received the refund confirmation from BANG Couture.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please email your order confirmation/invoice number and your name to email@example.com for a return/exchange authorization number.
This email must be forwarded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have received your product (this delay is determined based on the delivery date tracked by FedEx). We will not accept a return/exchange request past the 14-day deadline. Please securely pack and seal the returned unworn item with the original tags attached.
Can BANG Couture product purchased through BANG Couture online be returned to an independent retailer or vice versa?
No. All products purchased through bangcouture.com must be returned according to the return policy above. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information. All products purchased through one of our independent retailers, must be returned to the store in which they were purchased. We cannot dictate or intervene in independent store exchange or return policies.
